Engedi Environment Management is an organisation dedicated to the restoration and conservation of Australian native landscapes. Services offered by Engedi can be categorised into two main programs; Bush Regeneration and Education & Training.
Bush Regeneration
Engedi regards bush regeneration as an integrated approach to landscape renewal. Based on
initial site assessment, Engedi evaluates the role of factors such as habitat, drainage, soil type,
weed sources, indigenous species; and formulates an appropriate restoration strategy which will
encourage natural regeneration of indigenous plant species.
Engedi Environmental Management has experience in many natural systems including:
- Rainforest: Littoral, temperate and sub-tropical.
- Eucalypt Forest: Tall forest, Woodland.
- Heathland: coastal and mountain.
- Wetlands: Salt-marsh, paper bark, lagoons, creeks and rivers.

Education & Training Programs
Engedi has extensive experience running programs for Mission Australia, Work for the Dole and a number of Councils and community groups covering subjects such as:
- Safe working methods.
- Use of tools and equipment.
- Native plant identification.
- Weed identification and techniques for removal.
- Native fauna habitat awarenes.
- Permaculture design and application.
- Landscape design and construction.
Quality Assurance
Engedi Environmental Management aims to achieve optimum results consistent with client expectations, budget and safe working conditions.
All Employees and sub-contractors will be inducted into the company’s OH&S procedures and risk assessments prior to undertaking any work.
Team members will have clear goals defined and all work will be monitored. Engedi recognise that clear communications are essential both for daily operations and in terms of client communications which include:
- Written site assessments, task evaluations and quotations.
- On-site meetings prior to commencing work.
- Monthly reports for clients.
- Final site inspection and recommendations upon completion of project.
- Final report and Invoice.
